yes they are right with the Dirt and so on.. make it used and dirty.. (especially the fur)
But about the Glove Size. I like them very much. Its only important that the Arms of your finished costume will match to the size of the gloves. so fake your arms bigger and stronger with the help of your costume.

These pieces  are part of the ork-costumes started 4 years ago to play my orc character here in italy...
...but I never finished this costumes because i think that here in Itlay don't deserve to see good orcs player (for the problems that Sara/Rya told before).  :P

I would like to know if there are in the forum a sort of guide like "Play orcs for dummies"  :P (i'm joking)

But we would like to organize the group very well so we need evrey kind of informations also about the tents, the in-game stuff...is there any limitation?

Wow you are the first Itialian I know that obviously has massiv problems with Italians  ;D

Orkplay for dummies:
The best way I think is just learning by doing or precise asking.
What do you mean with in-game stuff ?

Regarding the tents we have no rules.(beside from those in the guide) But you shouldn't count on beeing placed in the frontline of the camp if it looks like a hugh pink castle  ;D
edit: Ok Shartok just buggered my day! I going to sell my futuristic pink plastic castle and buy me a uncomfortable Urukcave. Otherwise I won't be part of the team next year and I want to. :D
No, just as i mentioned: Stick to the guide, there is a paragraph telling exactly what Shartok said. Only the thing with the color is missing there
BTW this should also be implemented in the guide. The "Shartok is always fuckin' right"-Paragraph

In general every of the 4 big fraction has an area of play(the bigger ones had pretty long streets this year surrounded by these In-Game-tents).
In the Bal'hai (a military alliance of clan orcs) for example every group has a tent to play in and we normally have one additional huge tent for the complete Bal'Hai. Out of sight
of these areas we have some places to come down, relax, eat and stuff without disturbing the others in their play. These areas are mostly located around our sleeping-tents.

Regarding the link GroShak posted:

This is the guide Shartok already spoke about. But as Shartok also said, we have plenty of "unwritten" rules. But I think the most important things are realy covered by the guide.
If you read it carefully  :D

Rya hat geschrieben:About the gloves we think that we will take of some fur and make some insert in leather and we have to make all the armour more "dirty"...do you have some advice to do this?

About Gilgamesh (the boss of the guys with the white cross) personally I don't like ever his way of play...sometimes he did good play but mostly I see a man who want to show his immortality!  ;D

spazzola metallica, sega, martello, investimento, ascia, lucido da scarpe...

My favorite one is wearing it during a celebratory wal blast.  ;D

Gilgamesh... sounds like an Uruk  :D... I don't know him, had a nice battle with his group and saw him during the siege... thats all.

1) Guidelines : Link´s already posted. Careful : This guideline ist outdated. We´ll overwork this one someday in the future...most given information is more or less still valid, but we aren´t happy with the presentation and some statements in there :). You can use it anyway - if translation isn´t a real problem.

Feel free to ask any question you like in the forums - you will get help and information, as u see :). Concerning orkheerlager(=orccamp)-rules, organisation and all questions touching outtime-matters you should only believe my fellow words, since many people only THINK that they know what orkheerlager is all about :). If it´s about organisation : Stick to the orga...which is me (and some other people ;D, but i´m doing the PR-stuff ;D)

2) There ARE limitations to tents : We don´t accept "camping tents", pavillons and all sorts of crazy-colored plastic stuff. Tents have to fit somehow into the ohl-"atmossphere". The least we accept are sahara/alex-style tents. If you don´t own acceptable tents there may be a possibility to borrow a jurt or sth appropriate.

Ok...we have a big in-game tent...it's like a white sahara but rectangular. The size is around 5x4 meters.

We can use it...or maybe we have to cover it with some black towels?

No, you don´t have to :). If you want to : go on. We´ll just want to avoid pinkplastic tents and similar stuff :). Sth. like you describe is fine. We´re always happy if you add some decoration...but that is up to you.

Ok...I took a lok around the forum and I tranlated this topic:
http://www.orklager.org/olforum/index.php/topic,7627.0.html

I think that this can help me and my friends to characterize the group.

I would like to know if, for your organization, it's better for us to make an own free tribes or join one of the factions listed on the topic.
I think that the group will be more wild so we can't join to the Murdur Orks or the Ushtarak Burzum...maybe the Bal Hai.
I'd like to know what do you think about this...the other possible way is that we make an own free tribes and then we make an alliance with one of the factions for playing our entry. Is it possible?
